1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cliniqaid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have the authority to bind that clinic to these terms.

2. Service Description

Cliniqaid provides clinic management, electronic health records (EHR), inventory tracking, and automated communication tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. Clinic Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy: The clinic is solely responsible for the accuracy of patient records and medical data entered into the system.
• Compliance: The clinic is responsible for complying with all applicable health data privacy laws.
• Communication Consent: By using our automated SMS and Messenger tools, the clinic certifies that they have obtained appropriate consent from their patients to receive these communications.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to Cliniqaid is provided on a subscription basis. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of the clinic’s account and access to patient data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cliniqaid is provided "as is." We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on data in the system or for any third-party service interruptions (e.g., SMS provider failures or Facebook/Meta outages).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our usage policies or abuse the system (e.g., spamming patients through our integrated messaging tools).
